Susie most recently served as Chief People Officer for Signant Health, a healthcare technology and solutions company. She has previously led human resources functions for global manufacturing, media, business services, and life sciences companies, including Dow Jones & Co. Inc., Wyeth, and B. Braun Medical. Susie is an Executive Advisory Board Member of the Wharton Center for Human Resources Research at the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Connecticut Innovations and is a member of HR BioTech Connect. Susie holds a B.A. in Psychology from the California State University at Fullerton.
